Night Shift Warehouse Associate Phoenix, AZ 85043 From $16 an hour

    Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM
  • 11:00 PM We are a fast-growing warehouse operation with a startup feel, looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our night shift team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that values reliability and ownership. What You'll Do Receive, sort, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse Move products to designated areas efficiently and accurately Assist with scanning, shelving, packing, and general warehouse operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and warehouse areas Follow company procedures to ensure accuracy and productivity Work closely with team members to meet nightly goals and deadlines What We're Looking For Full-time availability for night shift (3:30 PM
  • 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday) Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and standing for extended periods Ability to lift and move boxes/items as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Perks Stable full-time schedule with weekends off Supportive and relaxed team environment Growth opportunities as the company expands Hands-on role with independence and responsibility Additional Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to start immediately preferred Warehouse experience is a plus, but not required — training provided for the right candidate We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and wants to grow with a company that's moving fast.
