Warehouse Associate Pay Rate:
$19.00 per hour
Location:
Phoenix, AZ 85004
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30
PM Duration:
90-day contract-to-hire (with potential for permanent placement based on performance) Are you looking for a stable warehouse role with a path to a permanent position? We are seeking motivated and reliable team members to join our Phoenix distribution center. Job Responsibilities:
Assist with packing, shipping, and receiving of materials Load and unload incoming shipments by hand or with pallet jacks Accurately label, sort, and store inventory in designated locations Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout the shift Operate forklifts (sit-down and reach truck) as needed (certification preferred) Support overall warehouse operations and assist other departments as required Regularly lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse work preferred Forklift experience (sit-down or reach truck) is a definite plus Ability to work independently and follow written/verbal directions Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and a strong team-oriented mindset are essential Why Apply?
