That's where you come in. We're looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse & Fleet Support Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly. About the Role This position plays a critical role in supporting our field technicians by managing inventory, receiving shipments, organizing warehouse stock, maintaining company vehicles, and delivering materials directly to job sites throughout the Valley. No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be unloading deliveries and organizing inventory, while the next you may be delivering parts to technicians or helping prepare equipment for the next day's workload. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Verify deliveries against purchase orders Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization Pick, stage, and distribute materials for service technicians Deliver parts, equipment, and materials to technicians throughout the Phoenix area Load, unload, and move inventory safely Label and organize warehouse stock Maintain clean warehouse, storage, and work areas Assist with fleet cleanliness and vehicle upkeep Support operational projects as assigned by leadership Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable attendance and punctuality Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Minimum 3 years of driving experience Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials Physical Requirements Lift and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching Load and unload company vehicles Work indoors and outdoors in Arizona weather conditions Operate safely in warehouse and jobsite environments Why Join George Brazil?
