Warehouse Laborer

Crown Staffing is currently seeking experienced Warehouse Laborers to fill openings with a local Manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ. Job Summary- The Warehouse Laborer is responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations including stocking, loading and unloading materials, order picking, packaging, shipping, receiving, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks manually or with warehouse equipment Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and products Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) Keep warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times Assist supervisors and team members with general warehouse duties as needed Meet productivity and attendance expectations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Basic communication and teamwork skills Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed Forklift certification is a plus

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced warehouse environment Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility conditions Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hour shifts Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting
