They ensure items are properly sorted, labeled, and moved to the correct locations to keep operations running efficiently.

Warehouse Stager Job Description Responsibilities:

Stage and organize products for shipment or production Pull and prepare orders according to work orders or pick lists Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Ensure products are properly labeled and stored Maintain a clean and safe work environment Inspect products for damages or missing items Assist with inventory counts and stock organization Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or staging experience preferred Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more) Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Forklift certification is a plus (depending on company)

Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
