In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, loaded, unloaded, and stored to meet customer demands. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us maintain seamless warehouse distribution processes, supporting our e-commerce growth and overall supply chain success. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to pick, pack, load, and unload shipments efficiently and safely Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records accurately Perform order picking and order fulfillment tasks with precision to ensure timely delivery to customers Stock shelves and organize inventory using proper packaging techniques for safe storage and transportation Assist in shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipment contents and preparing items for dispatch or storage Maintain accurate records of inventory movements through MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems and other tracking tools Support warehouse distribution operations by loading trucks, unloading incoming shipments, and ensuring proper placement of stock Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with reach trucks and pallet jacks is highly preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and MRP software for inventory control Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipment quantities accurately Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order picking & packing techniques Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety standards and attention to detail Join us as a Warehouse Worker where your dedication fuels our success!
