Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Returns Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be essential to ensuring all returns are processed accurately, efficiently, and with care. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced warehouse environment, this role is for you. What You'll Do Process customer returns accurately and in a timely manner Inspect returned products to ensure quality and compliance standards Communicate with customers as needed regarding return status or resolutions Work closely with the warehouse team to restock approved items Maintain organized records and contribute to smooth daily operations Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of relevant experience preferred (but not required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear and professional communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Why Join Us Collaborative and inclusive work environment Career growth opportunities - we're growing very quickly!
