What You'll Do As a Material Stock Handler, you will: Unload incoming deliveries and verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices Inspect materials for damage, defects, and discrepancies Partner with Quality and Purchasing to report shortages or nonconformance issues Accurately enter receiving transactions into ERP systems Label and barcode materials according to company standards Support material put-away into designated storage locations Maintain clear, organized documentation for all incoming shipments Ensure receiving paperwork is complete and routed properly Communicate delivery updates and issues with Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics teams Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient receiving dock and staging area Follow all safety standards and procedures at all times What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, receiving, or material handling (manufacturing preferred) Forklift experience required Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is a plus Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices Basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active throughout the shift Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company support Paid time off A modern, state-of-the-art facility powered by advanced technology A rapidly growing company in an innovative and sustainable industry A culture that values diversity, inclusion, and internal career growth Opportunities for advancement and skill development Access to electric vehicle charging stations Work Environment You'll work in a clean, modern Mesa facility equipped with advanced tools like forklifts and RF scanners. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
