What You'll Do As a Warehouse Production Associate , you'll be a key part of our manufacturing team—helping produce high-quality garage doors that our customers rely on every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly & Production:

Work on the production line assembling garage doors using tools, materials, and step-by-step processes

Material Handling:

Safely move materials using pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (training provided if needed)

Quality Checks:

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards—your attention to detail matters

Inventory Support:

Help keep materials organized, stocked, and ready for production

Safety First:

Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE to maintain a safe work environment

Teamwork:

Collaborate with your crew and supervisors to hit daily production goals What We're Looking For You don't need experience—we'll train you. What matters most is your work ethic and reliability. High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (heat/cold conditions may vary) Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and punctuality Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Pay & Benefits Starting Pay:

$17.50/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (consistent, full-time hours)
