GENERAL SUMMARY

Maintain reception, control and distribution of Retail & Food Service orders and inventories. Completes and checks orders as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1.

To conduct the work process in a safe manner, observing all safety requirements. 2. Performs daily inspections of material handling equipment and notifies Supervisor of needed repairs. 3. Maintains qualification to operate all assigned equipment of the Distribution Center (i.e. forklifts, and electric pallet jacks). 4. Ensures FIFO by code date. 5. Ensure that all the procedures are followed, to maintain the safety of the product as it pertains to total customer satisfaction. 6. Monitors and maintains all Retail & Foodservice orders and inventory. 7. To conduct the work process in a safe manner, observing all safety requirements. 8. Maintains proper rotation of all inventories of finished goods. 9. Pulls orders assigned with proper code dates. 10. Follow GMP and Safety policies to ensure compliance with the HACCP program and AIB gold standard 11. Records all transactions, and observes all requirements of the client. 12. Loads & unloads trailers according to current work instructions. 13. Provides orders to distributors, off loads and counts empty pallets and trays. 14. Off loads, checks in, and receives into SAP shipments of purchased product. 15. Cleans, organizes and maintains Distribution Center in a clean, sanitary condition. 16. Checks orders for completeness and accuracy. 17. Other duties, as assigned.
