PACE Technologies is a small business based in Tucson specializing in metallographic equipment and consumables. We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. Check out our website to familiarize yourself with our company prior to applying - www.metallographic.com.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assist with the daily operations of our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping products to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Additionally, you will also need to assist with other tasks around the office, including light housekeeping and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities :
Pick, pack, and ship products to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare shipping labels and ensure proper packaging for safe product delivery. Assist with maintaining inventory levels by organizing products and reporting low stock when needed. Assist with receiving shipments , checking for accuracy, and stocking shelves. Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized , including taking on occasional office housekeeping duties. Work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate with other team members as needed. Other duties as required to support daily operations.
Qualifications :
Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping role is a bonus, but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for printing labels and managing orders. Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs).
Working Conditions :
This is a hands-on role that may require standing for extended periods and handling physical tasks. Small team environment with opportunities to contribute to different areas of the business.
