00 AM to 4:00PM) at the following address: 3535 E Columbia St Tucson, AZ 85714 We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support packaging, palletizing, shipping, receiving, kitting and inventory management operations within our manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate shipments, inventory, and receiving, ensuring proper material traceability, and supporting production through efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities- Package materials for stock storage or outgoing shipments as required.
- Generate shipping documentation and create UPS / FedEx shipping labels.
- Verify packaged shipments and documentation to customer specifications and prevent shipping errors.
- Support urgent operational needs including packaging, shipping, and material movement.
- Accept, count, and receive incoming shipments and documentation into the ERP system.
- Label all received inventory with part number, revision, and purchase order or job order number to maintain full traceability.
- Store inventory physically and assign bin locations within the ERP system.
- Pull, kit, and issue inventory both physically and virtually within the ERP system.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies using the ERP system.
- Perform continuous cycle counting to maintain 100% inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Maintain and distribute Shipping, Receiving, Kitting, and/or Inventory reports.
- Transport materials between buildings as required using company truck.
- Double-check all work to maintain accuracy and prevent errors. Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in a manufacturing and outdoor environment.
- Forklift experience
- Clean driving record and ability to drive between company buildings.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
