Job Purpose To receive materials from suppliers and place materials into warehouse stock bins. Verifying parts received from suppliers packing list to Modular purchase order. Inform purchasing of any issues with materials before conducting goods receipt in SAP. Conduct SAP transaction goods receipt for all verified materials. To process daily sales orders pick lists and production orders meeting ship dates. Report any issues with sales orders or part shortages to Purchasing, Planner, and Sales Ops. To conduct inventory cycle counts maintaining inventory accuracy. Travel Requirements Up to 10%. Job Duties and Responsibilities Materials Management
Verify quantity and materials from supplier packing list to Modular purchase order
Verify material to Modular engineering SCD document
Inform purchasing on any issues with material for action within 1 day of receipt
Conduct SAP goods receipt transaction
Label all materials with SAP part number
Stock placement in proper unrestricted bins assigned on racking or shelving units and restricted quality bin
Follow all warehouse safety and forklift policies
Carry out inventory cycle counts assigned by Warehouse Manager or Supervisor
Maintain forklift inspection sheets daily and report to Warehouse Manager or Supervisor any issues with forklift operation safety requirements
Work with other warehouse teams ensuring forklift safety inspection is completed before the start of each day
Proactively identify any possible safety concerns in the warehouse and communicate them to the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.
Perform facilities maintenance when requested by Warehouse Manager or Supervisor
Carry out other warehouse tasks when requested by Warehouse Manager or Supervisor
Pick from bins assigned by SAP picklist
Pick sales orders deliveries and Production orders as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor meeting ship dates
Verify Customer purchase orders are attached to the Sales order ticket before processing orders
Pick materials using first in first out strategy
Maintain License tool Required Skills High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be able to lift minimum of 50lbs. Desired Skills Communicates appropriately, clearly, thoroughly, and accurately through oral and written means
