In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of inventory, shipments, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and experience working in fast-paced distribution environments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to streamlined warehouse processes and support our commitment to timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Duties EE will be moving boxes containing plastic figures/plush dolls in the range of 5-45 lbs. Taping boxes after shipments have been prepared, light janitorial duties, cutting boxes open to take product out for pullers, pulling orders, cutting down cardboard boxes to create space, moving pallets/stacking pallets, and counting inventory. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with exposure to warehouse distribution processes. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or ERP platforms such as MRPs. Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order picking & packing techniques. Basic math skills for inventory calculations and data entry accuracy. Experience supporting e-commerce fulfillment operations is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to follow safety guidelines consistently.
