Atascadero, Ca About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse, Moving & Building Associate to join our team. This isn't just a warehouse role, you will be responsible for interpreting CADs to build custom frames and assemble furniture, maintaining that every piece is built to spec and packed to survive the rigors of transit. In this role, you will ensure that every item is packed securely, labeled accurately, and moved efficiently through our facility so it arrives at convention centers in pristine, "show-ready" condition. You will assist in warehouse audits, maintenance and cleaning of inventory, standard pick and pack shipments, along with the loading and unloading of tractor trailers via forklift and pallet jack.
What You'll Do Pick & Pack:
Select the correct products from inventory and pack them using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
Loading & Unloading:
Safely load and unload trucks, trailers, or shipping containers, often building and wrapping pallets for transport.
Quality Control:
Inspect incoming and outgoing items for defects or damage and report issues to supervisors immediately. Clean and label all inventory for next ship out.
Furniture and Frame Builds:
Assemble furniture and custom frame/booth displays with precision and care, keeping products clean and serviceable
Precision Palletizing:
Master the "X-pattern" stretch-wrap technique to consolidate inventory into stable, forklift-ready loads. Knowledge of packing and wrapping procedures a plus
Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift 75+ lbs and maneuver bulky furniture or rolling cases through tight warehouse spaces. Stand for long periods of time and work outside in hot or inclement weather
Technical Literacy:
Proven ability to read CAD drawings and translate 2D plans into 3D structures.
Forklift Operation:
Safely operate sit-down or reach forklifts to move oversized furniture crates, double-stacked pallets or crates, and heavy display components in a high-traffic warehouse and confined spaces, along with moving oversized fabricated structures safely and loading them into trailers with precision.
What We're Looking For Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move packages (typically up to 75 lbs, or more with team lift) in all kinds of outdoor weather

Detail Oriented:
A "measure twice, cut once" mentality with emphasis on speed and accuracy, to ensure the right products get to the right customers on time, every time Requirements Required Forklift Certification
- Must possess a current, valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA-compliant). Experience with extended forks or specialized attachments is a major plus.
