• Full-time Warehouse Operations Associate Stellina Store LLC is hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate to help support our Amazon FBA prep warehouse in Auburn, CA .

We receive wholesale inventory, inspect and prep products, print product and box labels, pack shipments, organize inventory, and prepare products to be sent to Amazon FBA. This is a hands-on warehouse position. The right person is reliable, detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and comfortable doing physical warehouse work in a small-business environment.

Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:

Receiving and organizing wholesale inventory Unloading and loading trucks when needed Inspecting products for damage, accuracy, and condition Using 2DWorkflow to print product labels and box labels Following 2DWorkflow instructions to determine how items need to be prepped Labeling products accurately Prepping products according to Amazon FBA requirements Packing boxes and preparing shipments Moving, stacking, and wrapping pallets Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Reporting damaged items, inventory issues, mistakes, safety concerns, or shipment problems Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed Operating manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or forklifts only after required training, evaluation, and authorization Requirements Must be reliable and show up on time Must be able to follow warehouse procedures and safety rules Must be detail-oriented and careful with product labels, box labels, and inventory Must be comfortable using basic warehouse software after training Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, and move inventory during the workday Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds , with or without reasonable accommodation Must wear closed-toe shoes while working in the warehouse Prior warehouse, Amazon FBA prep, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is helpful, but not required Schedule This is a full-time position, generally Monday through Friday , with normal warehouse hours of approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. , including an unpaid 30-minute meal break. Schedule may vary based on business needs, warehouse workload, shipment volume, and operational requirements. Pay and Benefits Full-time, non-exempt hourly position Paid every two weeks through Gusto California paid sick leave provided in accordance with applicable law and company policy No other benefits are currently offered unless separately provided in writing or required by law
