  • Warehouse Team Member Wanted!
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take on an important role in a fast-paced warehouse setting? We're looking for reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team and help keep our operations running efficiently!
What You'll Do:
+
Receiving & Stocking:
Accept deliveries, verify counts against receiving paperwork, and report any discrepancies or damages promptly
  • Internal Support:
    Deliver requested supplies to various internal departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Inventory Control:
    Review requisitions for proper codes and approval signatures. Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
  • Stock Maintenance:
    Keep shelves organized, check for damaged or outdated items, and ensure products are stored appropriately
  • Clean & Safe Work Area:
    Maintain a clean and organized workspace, free of debris and safety hazards
  • Accurate Paperwork:
    Complete all related documentation accurately and on time, including stock counts, requisitions, and delivery records
Measure & Store:
Accurately measure and distribute products as needed, and return unused items to proper storage areas following proper procedures.
What We're Looking For:
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of lifting and moving products as required
  • Experience with inventory control and FIFO practices is a plus
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Prior warehouse experience is helpful, but not required

Requirements Education :
+ High school graduate or equivalent.
Certifications :
+ HACCP certification + HiLo/Forklift certification
Other Qualifications, Experience and Competencies :
+ Unblemished Driver license or Forklift certification + Experience working in high volume warehouse preferred + Must speak, read and write English

Lifting while turning side to side is sometimes necessary. + Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. + Position sometimes requires extended hours including evenings and/or weekends.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
: + The work is performed primarily in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, specifically the packing and warehousing areas + Standing most of the workday is required. + Work requires movement in and out of storerooms, near heavy machinery and freezers + Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot and cold) due to cooking and refrigeration equipment. + The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
