Sorting Hourly Range:

$16.90 per hour This position supports daily recycling and waste operations through physical, hands-on work. As a General Labor team member, you will assist with bin repair, material sorting, and facility support that keeps operations moving safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Repair and handle carts and bins Sort recyclable materials and trash on conveyor lines Perform floor sorting and cleanup tasks Follow safety procedures and production requirements Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Ability to perform physical work for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Dependable attendance and punctuality Safety-focused mindset Willingness to work flexible schedules Pay & Schedule Hourly pay Schedule based on operational needs Overtime and weekend work may be required
