Warehouse Fulfillment

POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Fulfillment worker must be able to fulfill new kitting/receiving projects, facilitate the picking/packing/shipping of inventory releases, and maintain an overall knowledge of the contents and condition of inventory within our small business' warehouse. This individual must be a fast learner who embraces change and technology to work smarter, not harder. This role requires a self-starter with critical and creative thinking capabilities; we are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their role, working independently and confidently as our go-to teammate in the warehouse. This can eventually grow into a leadership position, with potential to independently manage the warehouse as we expand our warehouse offerings and/or plan & manage kitting & fulfillment projects. Please note, this is a part-time 15-25 hours/week role with a flexible schedule based on workload volume. This role would be best suited for someone local to our office who is looking for strictly part-time work. Preferred schedule is Mon/Wed/Fri 10:00am - 2pm or 11:00am-3pm, but this can be discussed during your interview.

Essential Functions:

Pick/pack/ship all printed inventory releases by afternoon carrier pickup Coordinate and fulfill kitting projects (may include packaging assembly, counting, printing labels, and directing temp workers) Inspect, count, and process all product/order deliveries Follow established teamwide communication procedures, guidelines and policies Maintain office, breakroom, and warehouse supplies and submit requests for resupply. Review inventory reports regularly and update inventory location records as needed Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment for efficient receiving and shipping Special warehouse/fulfillment projects, assignments and duties as required

Additional Functions:

May assist in loading freight-sized shipments using pallet jack Ability to occasionally move and lift products up to 50lbs
