Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (On-Site)

Compensation:

$50,000-$55,000 + Quarterly Bonus About the Opportunity Our client is a well-established organization providing commercial refrigeration and food equipment services throughout New England. Known for reliability and long-standing customer relationships, they support clients across education, healthcare, hospitality, and foodservice industries. They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Parts Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and ensure field teams are equipped for success. What You'll Do Shipping & Receiving Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments Process outgoing shipments and coordinate pickups Parts & Inventory Support Assist with parts ordering, quoting, and processing Pull and stage parts for upcoming service jobs Maintain accurate inventory levels Warehouse Operations Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse Load and unload trucks with parts and equipment Ensure materials, tools, and stock are properly stored and labeled Parts Pickup & Delivery Complete local parts runs using a company vehicle Track and document all pickups and deliveries What You Bring Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or parts coordination preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable using inventory systems and basic computer programs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the day Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic What's Offered Competitive base salary + quarterly bonus incentive Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Stable, team-oriented environment with long-term growth potential Apply Today If you're looking for a hands-on role in a stable and growing organization, we encourage you to apply.
