Warehouse Worker Job Summary We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Worker to support daily operations, including picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining organized inventory in both dry and freezer areas. This role helps ensure products are handled safely and shipped accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Load and unload trucks and containers Stock and organize inventory in dry and freezer areas Perform basic quality checks to ensure products aren't damaged Operate pallet jacks and use RF scanners (training provided) Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse tasks as needed Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in cold environments, including freezer areas Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks Preferred Skills Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks Familiarity with RF scanners Reliability and consistent attendance Why Work Here Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential pay increases Benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, accident, pet insurance, and 401(k) with company match 19 days of paid time off Wellness and Employee Assistance Programs Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, Monday-Thursday 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., Friday 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Warehouse setting with both dry and freezer areas Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and equipment use Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brisbane, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
