This equipment is used to deburr, slot, drill and cut metal. The metals used in these operations are aluminum. Preferably we would like an individual with machine shop experience with the following skills: Must be able to clock on and off jobs accurately in an electronic clocking system Must be able to read and understand manufacturing orders. Ability to use and read various types of measuring equipment Must be able to operate various hand tools, tooling fixtures and machines, such as saws, grinders, drills, drill presses, belt sanders, slotters, and shears Must be able to work OT as required. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a high volume of data with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Entry and Administrative Support Accurately enter financial and operational data into ERP and accounting systems Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for invoices and supporting documentation Ensure all documentation is properly stored and easily accessible for audit and internal review purposes Perform routine data validation to ensure completeness and accuracy of records Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Prepare and process customer invoices based on shipping and production documentation Verify invoice details, including quantities, pricing, and customer information Distribute invoices to customers via email or customer portals Maintain invoice logs and supporting documentation Collections Support Assist with tracking outstanding receivables and updating aging reports Support collections efforts by sending payment reminders and following up on past-due accounts Maintain detailed notes on customer communications and payment status Escalate issues or discrepancies to the Accounting Manager as needed Assist in other areas as needed:

• Purchasing - Order office supplies, help with MRO purchases etc…
• Shop Timecard entry into the ERP system
• Help maintain training records
• Filing, scanning and other tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Accurate
• Must be computer literate and have strong skills MS Office (Excel especially)
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to learn ERP system
• Basic math skills

Job Location:

This position requires work to be completed onsite and is based in Burbank, California. Minimal travel is required.
