We provide equipment and production services for a wide variety of projects, including concerts, esports tournaments, red carpet events, corporate town halls, fireside chats, and company-wide conferences. We're a small, hardworking team that values collaboration, problem-solving, and a positive attitude. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Warehouse Technician to join us and help keep our equipment organized, maintained, and ready for the next show. About the Role This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, staying organized, and learning new skills. You'll work alongside our Warehouse Manager and experienced production technicians to prepare equipment for rentals and live productions. No extensive broadcast experience is required. We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. If you're interested in live events, streaming, production technology, or simply enjoy working with your hands and solving problems, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Pull and prep equipment for upcoming productions and rentals Check equipment in and out of inventory Perform quality control checks on equipment before and after jobs Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management Clean, label, and maintain equipment and cases Help load and unload equipment shipments and company vehicles Assist with basic equipment repairs and maintenance Build and test cables as needed Update equipment firmware and software when directed Support the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day warehouse operations Equipment You'll Work With You'll gain hands-on experience with professional broadcast and live streaming equipment, including: Cameras and camera accessories Video routers and encoders Wireless video systems Audio equipment Intercom systems Networking equipment Bonded cellular transmission devices Production and streaming infrastructure Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs. Basic computer skills Previous warehouse, production, AV, or technical experience is a plus but not required What We're Looking For Someone who takes pride in their work A self-starter who can stay productive without constant supervision A team player willing to jump in wherever needed Someone interested in growing their knowledge of production and broadcast technology A good sense of humor—we work hard, but we like to have fun too
