Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Driver Assistant to join our team in Burbank. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity , where employees will complete a 90-day evaluation period . Successful candidates may be offered a full-time, permanent position based on performance and business needs. This role supports daily warehouse operations and assists with local deliveries, ensuring products are handled, loaded, and transported safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling merchandise, and placing orders in delivery and service areas Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently Complete deliveries by driving a company truck to customer locations Ship orders using UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers Maintain accurate and timely deliveries while ensuring customer satisfaction Communicate professionally with clients; provide courteous, friendly, and responsive customer service Maintain company vehicles by completing preventive maintenance checks and notifying management of service needs Help maintain stock levels and organization within the warehouse Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment Assist with all general warehouse duties as needed Contribute to team success by meeting productivity and quality goals What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Proven working experience as a delivery driver preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no traffic violations) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexibility to work overtime when needed Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Temp-to-Hire Details This position begins as a temporary role After 90 days , candidates who successfully meet performance and attendance expectations may be eligible for full-time employment Full-Time Benefits (Upon Conversion) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Additional company benefits Why Join Key Code Media?
