Warehouse Associate US Specialty Labs Carlsbad, CA Job Details Full-time 7 hours ago Benefits Company truck Paid holidays Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Truck delivery (delivery method) Warehouse experience Quality data entry Customer data entry Full Job Description Job description At CLIAwaived, Inc., the Warehouse Associate ships/receives rapid onsite products for detection and screening of drug and alcohol abuse, women's health (pregnancy, fertility, STD's etc.), cardiology (cardiac marker tests and PT/INR monitoring, etc.), oncology (fecal occult blood and colorectal screening, etc.), infectious disease (HIV, Strep A, Influenza, RS, etc.), and general health and well-care tests including diabetes and cholesterol, under the CLIAwaived, Inc. brand as well as manufacture's brand names. All work duties must be performed in accordance with Company guidelines, and state and federal law.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Responsibilities 1. Gather items in the warehouse to fulfill orders. 2. Accurately package products to match order fulfillment and quality. 3. Ensure shipping addresses and product information (lot numbers, expiration dates) are accurate. 4. Receive and log daily packages. 5. Return damaged material in accordance with Company policy. 6. Participate in inventory processes and cycle counts. 7. Coordinate and store inventory. 8. Stock the warehouse with new product. 9. Assemble NicCheck Kits as required per instructions provided. 10. Assemble ThyroCheck Kits as required per instructions provided. 11. Ensure there are enough boxes to fulfill shipment demand. Make boxes. 12. Assist in keeping the warehouse clean by taking out the trash and sweeping. 13. Notify the Warehouse Supervisor of any non-standard concerns in accordance with Company policy. 14. Ensure customer information is current in Company systems at all times. 15. Stay current on warehouse inventory and the storage location of each item.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years proven warehouse experience Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Forklift certification preferred. Agile and motivated to stay busy. Data entry and computer skills required Clean driving record with ability to drive company truck
