Job Description
Position Summary The Shipping & Receiving Associate supports daily warehouse operations by assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying shipment documentation, and maintaining organized inventory and shipping records. This role is for someone with 1-2 years of warehouse experience with 6 months of Stand up forklift experience. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm- $22.29 Key Responsibilities Verify incoming shipments for correct packing slips, bill of lading information, and visible damage Communicate with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies Process, label, and organize incoming merchandise for storage or delivery Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure shipping documents are complete and accurate Coordinate returns to suppliers and deliveries to customers Assist with shipping reports and maintain organized records of shipping activity Support cost-effective shipping practices by helping identify efficient shipping methods Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Drive company vehicle to local UPS and FedEx facilities when needed Assist with other warehouse and shipping tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous
