Warehouse Associate Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role involves hands-on warehouse work and basic computer use to make sure orders and paperwork are accurate in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack products for customer orders Stage orders for shipment accurately and on time Check shipping labels and paperwork to ensure orders are correct Assist with shipping and receiving tasks Help count, track, and organize inventory Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carpinteria, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
