This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, can learn quickly, and is comfortable switching between different tasks throughout the day. Most of the work will be in our large format department, helping with signs, banners, posters, decals, boards, and other wide format print jobs. You may also assist in our offset print production area and warehouse when needed. No printing experience is required — we are happy to train the right person. The most important qualities are reliability, a good attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to pick things up quickly.

Responsibilities include:

Helping produce, organize, finish, pack, and move large format print jobs Assisting with signs, banners, posters, decals, boards, and other wide format products Learning basic large format production and finishing processes Helping keep the production area clean, organized, and running smoothly Assisting with packing, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks Helping in the offset print production area when needed Switching between different tasks as production needs change Following instructions carefully and paying close attention to job details We are looking for someone who is: Reliable, punctual, and dependable Fast-moving and hard-working Able to learn quickly and pick up new tasks Comfortable switching gears throughout the day Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working on their feet Able to lift and move boxes, boards, rolls, and materials as needed Willing to learn new equipment, materials, and processes Positive, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed No prior print experience is necessary. A good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are most important.
