We are seeking a dedicated Office/Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic logistics and distribution team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and efficient order processing. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and familiarity with warehouse management systems and shipping procedures. Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners. Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment in accordance with customer specifications. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts safely to load and unload goods. Ensure accurate shipping and receiving documentation, including verifying quantities and inspecting goods for damage. Maintain organized stock areas, update inventory records in the Warehouse Distribution system, and support stock replenishment efforts. Support packaging processes for e-commerce orders, ensuring products are securely packed for delivery. Utilize basic math skills to verify order quantities, calculate weights, and prepare shipping labels. Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency and ensure timely order processing. Assist in maintaining compliance with safety standards and company policies during all warehouse activities. Experience Candidates should have prior experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar platforms) is preferred. Practical knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and inventory control is essential. Experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks will be considered a strong advantage. Basic math skills are required for accurate order processing and inventory management.

Additional qualifications include:
