Job Description

Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations Process and fulfill eCommerce orders physically on the warehouse floor, while simultaneously managing the digital workflows across platforms like Amazon Vendor Central and Walmart. Coordinate physical shipments and deliveries with 3PL warehouse partners, preparing outbound freight and ensuring compliance with company routing policies. Work under tight deadlines to manage daily pick-and-pack operations alongside digital administrative duties. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the warehouse floor. Inventory Management & Auditing Conduct routine physical inventory counts and cycle audits on the warehouse floor to ensure absolute accuracy between physical stock and system records. Help maintain accurate digital inventory levels by promptly updating key retail, eCommerce platforms, and our internal ERP system based on physical counts. Support forecasting and inventory planning activities to help maintain optimal stock levels in the active picking bins. System Administration & Reporting Manage documentation and perform accurate data entry within the ERP system (e.g., NetSuite) for all incoming and outgoing eCommerce inventory. Coordinate daily with the Finance team to reconcile physical shipment/sales data and resolve any inventory discrepancies. Support the generation of regular reports and business performance summaries regarding warehouse fulfillment metrics for management review. Maintain effective, prompt communication with internal departments (Finance, Customer Service) and external vendors.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in a hybrid warehouse/office role.
Platform Knowledge:
Familiarity with online retail platforms is required; experience with Amazon Vendor Central is a must .
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite ) and the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel.
Knowledge Base:
Basic understanding of accounting principles, inventory lifecycle processes, and supply chain basics.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the team. Proactive nature, taking responsibility for work output and personal actions.
Work Style:
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven warehouse environment. Physical Requirements & Work Environment This position is located on the warehouse floor . Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Ability to comfortably lift and move boxes (typically up to 30-50 lbs) as required for order fulfillment and inventory counting. Comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment that may experience fluctuations in temperature and noise levels. $45-55K
