This position supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and general warehouse functions. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in maintaining the operational flow and efficiency of the business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products and shipments Pull and prepare products accurately for shipment and delivery Package and label products properly for shipment Load and unload equipment and materials safely Scan and track inventory using RF scanner equipment Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate bin counts Prepare bill of materials (BOMs) for service projects Prepare warehouse-related paperwork and documentation Assist with shipping coordination and verification of shipping methods/rates Perform deliveries and pickups as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Reliable transportation Previous warehouse experience preferred Ability to safely lift, move, and carry equipment weighing 50+ pounds Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate ERP systems/software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Compensation and Benefits Full-time position Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan Paid Vacation Company Perks and Employee Programs GST is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
