In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, materials handling, and safety protocols will be vital to maintaining a high standard of accuracy and productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly contribute to the success of our supply chain and customer satisfaction. 8:30AM-5:30 PM - MON - FRI Responsibilities Perform inventory management tasks, including stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory control using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by preparing orders for shipment, packing items securely, and verifying order accuracy through order fulfillment procedures. Conduct stock stocking, order picking, packing, and order fulfillment activities to meet daily operational targets. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards by following proper procedures for heavy lifting, mechanical operation, and materials handling. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and warehouse activities using AS400 or similar systems for seamless data tracking. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with knowledge of warehouse management systems. Valid certification in forklift operation; experience operating reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practices for heavy lifting and materials handling. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin; proficiency in English is a plus for team collaboration. Prior experience in manufacturing or construction environments is advantageous but not required.
