Job Summary Warehouse Operations Coordinator /
Warehouse Associate Location:
Chino, CA About Us We are a fast-growing 3PL logistics and warehousing company providing fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution services for e-commerce brands across the United States. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator / Warehouse Associate to join our team. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders accurately and efficiently Maintain inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Monitor and track customer orders and inventory levels Coordinate shipments with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and LTL providers Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order and inventory status Perform general warehouse duties and support daily operations Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; basic English communication skills required Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred Experience with WMS systems is a plus Forklift certification or experience is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn Job Details Full-Time Position Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00
