About the Role Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are accurately prepared and delivered to customers. By leveraging your bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese, you will help bridge communication gaps and ensure operational efficiency in our fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Coordinate the fulfillment process by picking, scanning, and palletizing goods to meet strict shipping deadlines. Verify shipment accuracy and load transport vehicles to ensure customer requirements are consistently met. Conduct thorough inspections of incoming inventory to identify and report any discrepancies or damages. Execute precise packaging procedures for food-grade products in a sanitary, high-standard facility. Maintain accurate inventory logs and support data reporting to optimize warehouse organization. Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, to streamline workflow. Uphold rigorous safety and sanitation standards by maintaining a clean workspace and utilizing proper PPE. Qualifications Required Skills Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is essential for effective team communication. Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and remain mobile for extended periods. Proven reliability with a strong commitment to attendance and collaborative teamwork. Ability to thrive in diverse environmental conditions, including varying temperatures and noise levels. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production setting. Current forklift certification or demonstrated proficiency in heavy equipment operation. Familiarity with shipping and receiving software or inventory management systems.
