The ideal candidate will be responsible for Palletizing and loading and unloading standards within various work environments. Must be Bilingual Spanish and English Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Palletizer to join our team in a fast-paced distribution center in the City of Industry The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining quality control throughout the packing process. Duties
  • Accurately palletize products according to order specifications.
  • Conduct quality control checks to verify that products meet company standards before palletizing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies or damages in packaging.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling materials. Requirements
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Experience in palletizing and labeling.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • A commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace.
