JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Warehouse Associate , you will be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are prepared to the highest quality and shipped out in a timely manner. As a member of the warehouse team, you must be committed to upholding FS.COM's desire to provide an excellent customer experience. Job functions consist of, but are not limited to, picking, packing, staging, etc.and responsibilities include:
Operate scanner to fulfill picking duties according to customer specifications with precision and attention to detail. Processing requests and printing orders/labels to prepare for shipping. Reading invoices and orders thoroughly for accuracy, with a commitment to excellence. Packaging orders to ensure customers receive high quality products in excellent condition. Ensure inventory levels are maintained in picking area and alerting management when levels are low. Operate Material Handling Equipment in safe and skilled manner Maintain safe and orderly work area in compliance with company policy and procedures. Stage orders precisely for shipments. Loading orders into shipment vehicles. Assisting with inventory management as need. Work effectively as a member and take direction in a constantly changing environment. Communicate with team members, management, and other internal stakeholders when discrepancies or errors occur. Develop an understanding of company, history, team, product offerings and services. Other warehouse duties as requested.QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of warehouse experience Capable of lifting up to 40lbs Able to work on your feet for extended period of time Ability and willingness to learn quickly Basic computer& math skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases Valid driver's license is required- Able to read, speak and type in English and Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred
- Familiar with shipping methods such as UPS, Amazon, USPS & more is required
