About the role The Warehouse Clerk Level I supports daily warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and equipment operation. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify contents. Unload goods from delivery vehicles. Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies. Document and report issues. Store materials in assigned locations. Select items based on orders. Pack items securely. Prepare shipments. Assist with cycle counts. Reconcile variances. Maintain accurate WMS records. Pick, pack, and prepare orders. Ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare shipping documents. Load outbound shipments safely. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling tools. Perform basic equipment checks. Follow all safety procedures. Report hazards and incidents. Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas. Report maintenance needs. Communicate with supervisors and team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read instructions and shipping documents. Strong attention to detail. Basic math and inventory skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in warehouse or logistics operations. Knowledge of WMS or shipping software. Forklift certification or experience. Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods. Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Repetitive hand and arm movements. Work in varying warehouse temperatures. The pay range for this role is: 19 - 21 USD per hour(Gale)
