Job Description

Job Description:
Warehouse & Delivery Associate Premier Automotive Partners (a manufacturer's distributor of products used in the maintenance and servicing of automobiles for dealerships and independent repair facilities) is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our team. As with all members of the Accrual Equity Partners Team and portfolio companies, alignment with Our Purpose and Values is essential.
Our Purpose:
Leading a Revolution in the automotive industry by being of service and value, which isn't just what we do — it's who we are. Role Summary This hands-on role is responsible for performing daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, inventory control, and order fulfillment) while also completing timely and accurate deliveries to customers. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to representing Premier Automotive Products and the Petra Chemical brand with professionalism and excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform all warehouse tasks including receiving incoming shipments, proper storage of products, picking and packing customer orders, and ensuring accurate fulfillment. Conduct regular inventory counts, report discrepancies, and assist with stock replenishment to maintain accurate inventory levels. Prepare and stage orders for delivery or shipment. Safely load and unload vehicles and make local deliveries using company vehicles (FedEx/UPS shipments as needed). Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools (training and certification will be provided if needed). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Accurately complete delivery paperwork, customer receipts, and inventory records in company systems. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and communicate effectively with the sales and warehouse team. Follow standardized procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time performance. Assist with basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues. Uphold confidentiality of company and customer information. Represent the company professionally at all times and contribute to a positive team environment. Requirements & Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience preferred (1-3+ years). Ability to safely operate a forklift (or willingness to be trained and certified). Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good physical condition — ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods. Familiarity with inventory practices and basic computer skills (Excel, email, inventory software). Knowledge of shipping procedures (FedEx/UPS) is a plus. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent required. OSHA or general safety training is desirable. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time, every time. If you are dependable, safety-minded, and take pride in efficient execution and great customer service, we encourage you to apply.
