Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and possess mechanical knowledge. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Duties:
Load incoming trucks with correct materials for deliveries Process mill byproducts through various machines for screening and grinding Receive incoming byproducts Perform general maintenance on equipment (i.e. greasing and maintaining loader) as required Quality control of finished production
Experience:
Prior experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with loaders and other heavy equipment Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting Must pass pre-employment controlled substance testing. Safety minded with good performance and attendance. Demonstrates the ability to work independently, without direct supervision. Exhibits the willingness to learn and work a variety of job tasks.
