Responsibilities Safely operate cargo Van vehicles to deliver products to customers across designated routes. Load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring items are handled with care and stored securely. Assist with warehouse organization, including moving inventory, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean workspace. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by communicating professionally, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction. Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, and vehicle operation to prevent accidents or injuries. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records throughout each shift. Support team members with route driving, load securing, and other warehouse tasks as needed to meet daily operational goals. Requirements 5 years Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on customer service. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating cargo van. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work involving moving boxes or equipment regularly. Familiarity with warehouse tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques; forklift certification is a plus. Prior experience in warehouse environments or logistics operations is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for load & unload processes and route planning.
