Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous shipping, receiving, or logistics experience required Experience processing UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipments; international shipping experience a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry systems Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to prepare and process shipping documentation accurately Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Duties:

Prepare and ship products to domestic and international locations Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and shipping documentation Verify shipment accuracy by comparing contents to orders and records Enter shipping and equipment information into company systems Coordinate daily shipping activities and track outbound shipments Follow up on shipments and resolve shipping issues as needed Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and submit purchase requests when necessary Perform filing, recordkeeping, and data entry tasks Follow departmental procedures and maintain accurate shipping records
