What You Need To Succeed:

Ability to operate the shear efficiently and maintain normal production accordingly Effectively read blueprints and plans Attention to detail and sense of urgency Prior experience in a shop environment (1-2 years) Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs Longevity with previous employer What You'll Get Fair weekly pay, always on time Benefits that cover: medical, dental, disability, and life Optional 401(k) plan Real respect from a crew that shows up strong. What You'll Do Set up and operate a 4' Shear Moving materials to/from machines and operating handling equipment as necessary in loading materials onto the machine Perform work independently based on assigned tasks
