This full-time position plays a key role in keeping materials organized, production moving efficiently, and the shop operating safely. Why Work With Us? Full-time 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday) Three-day weekends every week Stable work environment Opportunity for advancement into fabrication and production roles Work alongside skilled tradesmen in a professional fabrication shop Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts to move and stage materials Support fabrication and production teams with material delivery Organize inventory and maintain yard cleanliness Load/unload materials and assist with shipping/receiving Assist with general shop operations and production support Follow all company safety procedures and shop standards Requirements Valid forklift certification required Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work safely in an industrial environment Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Compensation $20-$25/hr DOE Full-time Monday-Thursday schedule Long-term opportunity with room for growth
