Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting the seamless flow of goods through our distribution center. Your proactive approach and commitment to accuracy will ensure that orders are fulfilled promptly and safely, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently to optimize space and accessibility Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and labeling them correctly for delivery or storage Manage shipping & receiving processes, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks and unloading incoming freight with proper safety procedures Utilize basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and verifying quantities during stock checks Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) is highly desirable Strong understanding of shipping & receiving protocols, order picking & packing processes, and stock management techniques Ability to use RF scanners accurately for order picking and inventory updates Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and data entry tasks Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow safety guidelines diligently Join us in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact!
