Job Description
Office/Warehouse Assistant Job Summary We are looking to add a new team member to assist with office administration and a variety of tasks within our busy commercial printing and signage company. This is an in-person position based in our office and production facility. Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering customer enquiries by phone and email Generating sales orders & quotes Placing purchase orders with suppliers Assisting with bindery and finishing production Shipping, packaging, and general production support Providing general administrative assistance as required Mailing lists data input - specialist software (training will be given) A clean driving license is required. The ideal candidate will be flexible organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills are essential, and proven experience using Microsoft Excel considered a significant advantage. Previous experience in printing, mailing, signage, production is beneficial but not essential for the right candidate. Experience in administration and/or customer service is essential.
