ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Receives, counts, and verifies incoming returns Thoroughly and accurately inspects product claims in a timely manner and in accordance with manufacturer and/or Company warranty policies Conducts root cause analysis on returned items, prepares, and maintains accurate documentation for submitted claims Verifies all paperwork is correctly submitted for product claims Mount/Dismount tires for product testing/evaluation Perform Road Force testing and balancing Maintains cleanliness, order, and safety in the department's area of the facility Operates forklift, mounting equipment, Hunter balancer and band saw in a safe manner Accurately and efficiently restocks new return product in the facility Loads/Unloads trucks Operates standard office equipment including use of computer keyboard and other systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to shift priorities as business conditions demand Safely operates all standard warehouse equipment May be required to assist facility operations team with the day-to-day distribution center activities including picking of outbound shipments and put away of inbound loads

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

High School Diploma / G.E.D. or the equivalent experience 3+ years' experience working in warehouse environment Proven customer service skills MS Office with intermediate excel skills 2+ years' forklift experience
