This is a temp-to-hire day shift position paying $18.66/hr. In this role, you will set up and operate wire weaving machines to produce wire mesh products, monitoring wire tension and weave patterns to meet production specifications. This is a steady Monday-Friday schedule with long-term placement potential.

Manufacturing Plant / Factory Responsibilities Set up and operate wire weaving machines according to production specifications and work orders. Perform routine machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting to reduce downtime. Load wire materials onto machines and maintain continuous operation throughout production runs. Record production data, quality checks, and downtime accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety standards. Assist with preventative maintenance activities on wire weaving equipment. Minimum Requirements 6+ months year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating weaving, wire processing, textile, or other industrial machinery. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Familiarity with 5S workplace organization standards. Experience inspecting finished products for dimensional compliance using measuring tools. Prior work in wire, cable, mesh, metal fabrication, or related manufacturing environments. Ability to read measuring devices and interpret production specifications.
