In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting overall warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely across the warehouse. Assist with order picking and packing using order picker tools and RF scanners to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels, update records, and support inventory control efforts. Stock shelves efficiently, organize products on pallets, and prepare items for distribution in a timely manner. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks, unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Conduct routine stock checks using basic math skills to verify quantities and assist with inventory reconciliation in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs within a warehouse environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 platforms, RF scanners, and order fulfillment software. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures along with experience in order picking & packing processes. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Excellent physical stamina for load & unload tasks; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shifts. Knowledge of warehouse distribution practices including stocking techniques and safety protocols. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members during busy periods.
