In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex components, performing precise testing, and ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality standards. Your mechanical aptitude, familiarity with schematics and blueprints, and experience with hand and power tools will drive your success in delivering high-quality products efficiently. Duties Assemble mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to detailed schematics and blueprints Conduct precision measurements with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of assembled parts Perform functional testing on assembled units to verify operational performance and identify defects or issues Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide assembly and troubleshooting processes Solder electrical connections and perform welding or fabrication tasks as required for component integration Utilize forklift or other warehouse equipment to move materials safely within the production area Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Proven experience in manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical fabrication roles Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and technical documentation Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers Knowledge of welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication techniques is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively Warehouse experience including material handling with forklifts is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues using schematics and technical diagrams Join our team if you thrive in a lively environment where your technical skills make a tangible impact!
