About the role This is an additional role set based in Fremont, California. In EnerVenue, our operations rely on efficient, accurate, and secure management of assets and inventory to support our growth and sustainability goals. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Clerk to play a key role in our asset management and procure-to-pay processes. The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accurate and secure flow of inventory and capital assets within EnerVenue US. This role is pivotal in ensuring proper inventory control, supporting finance with accurate records, preventing duplicate purchases, and safeguarding company assets. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our warehouse operations. What you'll do 1. Inventory & Asset Control Manage daily in-out control of inventory and capital equipment (CAPEx) in accordance with company procedures. Accurately record and track all incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation of all warehouse items. Maintain organized and accessible records of asset movements and locations. 2. Procure-to-Pay Process Support Act as a key point of contact in the procure-to-pay process by verifying goods receipt and ensuring alignment with purchase orders. Flag and prevent duplicate purchases by checking warehouse stock levels before new orders are placed. Work closely with procurement and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices. 3. Stocktake & Reporting Support in conducting regular physical stocktakes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Reconcile physical counts with system records and investigate discrepancies. Support the finance team with periodic audits and reporting requirements. Prepare and submit regular inventory and asset management reports. 4. Goods Receiving & Documentation Oversee the goods-to-receive process, ensuring all incoming shipments are inspected, counted, and documented accurately. Verify shipment contents against packing slips and purchase orders. Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies promptly. 5. Asset Safeguarding Implement and follow security protocols to prevent loss, theft, or misplacement of company assets. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Monitor access to warehouse areas and ensure compliance with company policies. 6. Position Measures Timely, accurate and completeness of inventory and machineries Smooth collaboration with front end R D team and finance team in processing payments Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus. Familiarity with inventory management software and basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Physical ability to lift, move, and organize items as needed. Experience in manufacturing or energy environment will be a plus. In addition, knowledge in procure-to-pay process will also be a bonus point added. MS Office experience required.
